Andrew Rudolph
SALES ENGINEER
Andrew is the fourth generation working in the lighting industry, he has seen and done much despite his age. In his youth he could be seen counting gel and pushing road boxes in SEAL’s warehouse during summers and vacations.

Brian Reading
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Growing up in New England, Brian never imagined having a career in the Cruise Ship Industry. An opportunity, while attending college, arose for a summer job that involved traveling to Miami to spend the season on board a vessel. This seemed too good to turn down.
Today, he lends his expertise to deliver products and systems that meet needs and exceed expectations – even in the most challenging situations.

Curt Contrata
SALES/LIGHTING DESIGN
Starting as a Television Camera Operator in 1978, Curt quickly became interested in Lighting. Once a Lighting Designer, he worked in Studios and Locations from Egypt to the White House.
Since 2002 he has been with SEAL, helping others with their lighting challenges.

Erin Connor
TECHNICAL SERVICES
If you have a fixture that needs fixing, call Erin.
She began her career in theatrical lighting before moving over to studio and location lighting. She’s worked from top to bottom in the industry, from small 100 seat theaters to large arenas, TV networks to wild jungles. She’s lit everything from ostriches in the wild to Ricky Martin.
As a member of SEAL’s technical services team, she’s leveraging that experience to keep lighting equipment running and repair those that aren’t.

Henry Kones
VP BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Henry grew up in a family run sound and lighting company that started in 1970. Over the years he gained technical expertise in all areas of the entertainment business from sound, lighting and video to manufacturing, distribution, and equipment resales.

Have plane tickets and willing to travel to discuss your needs!

Jason Tart
PROJECT MANAGER
After 31 years with SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, Jason Tart was essentially retired. He packed up his RV and crossed the country in search of wide-open spaces and his next adventure.
That adventure began in an unlikely way – when he heard SEAL and Pro Sound & Video had joined forces.
Knowing he had to be a part of this new organization, and after a year on the road, he turned his RV around and drove right back to Florida.
He now applies his three plus decades of design and installation experience to help coordinate SEAL clients, vendors and suppliers – bringing their projects to life. And while he usually works in traditional theater and stadium venues, he still gets to exercise the adventurous spirit that took him across America. He’s now the go-to expert when creating installations for unconventional and unusual spaces.

Jorge Gamez
SALES ENGINEER
Jorge helps to make lighting teams look as good as the talent.
During his 12 years at Univision, Jorge managed and worked with the lighting teams for some of the most challenging shows , including Sabado Gigante, El Gordo y la Flaca and The Cristina Show.
Since joining SEAL in 2006, he continues to be that partner for gaffers, lighting directors and designers. They count on him to make the talent on stage look great. In doing so, they look pretty good themselves.

Joe Saprito
RENTAL MANAGER, ORLANDO
Lighting is a career that fell into Joe’s lap. Literally. He was watching a band soundcheck when a lighting pipe detached from its rigging and landed on Joe. Rather than get angry, however, Joe got a job with the band. Today, Joe ensures SEAL rental clients receive the lighting systems they need to create the impact they desire. He’s the go-to for gaffers and grips, as well as lighting designers and directors.

Kirstin Anderson
SALES ENGINEER
As a former technical director, stage manager, lighting designer and master electrician – Kirstin’s done it all. This makes her indispensable to SEAL clients looking to buy or rent lighting equipment.
One moment she’ll be helping them choose the perfect colors to light specific costumes, materials and skin tones in their show. In the next, she’ll lead them to the latest gear that will deliver for them – night after night, in their unique environment.

Michael Plane
SALES MANAGER
“Yes And” and “Don’t Block” are principals of improvisational theatre that Michael continues to apply to any collaborative tasks he’s involved with. No idea is too crazy and he really enjoys finding a way to make a designer’s vision become reality.

Mike Tomlinson
TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER
Mike’s most at home when he’s out in the field.
In his three decades with SEAL, he’s enjoyed countless opportunities to hone his skills on-site. He’s contributed to enormous installations at world-renowned theme parks. And he’s coaxed envelope-pushing performance from SEAL systems installed in venues throughout the state.
In every environment, he ensures lights function not only as they should – but in ways that maximize the system’s capabilities.
He can do this because of how he spends his office time. He’s the guy pulling apart new equipment and studying the technology the moment it comes in.
